Over the past 5 years we have evolved from a small Father/son manufacturer making 50 parts to a fair sized (9 employees) company making over 400 parts. During that process we have tried many new ideas, some breakthrough's and some failures. The main thing I have learned really boils down to one thing, treat the customer right and continue making the strongest parts possible! We make parts for your truck, and we make parts that you don't have to ask if they will last, you know they will.

In the last year we have started building Desert Racing / Prerunner parts, we are making all our parts the same way we have always by paying attention to detail and listening to the end user about just how they want it. The parts we are making and developing are sometimes fairly standard and in some cases very unique. However, just because something has always been done a certain way dosen't mean that is the best way, we strive to make things the best way!

 We have set our standards very high and you will see that the vast majority of our parts are made by us so we can be certain those standards are being met. Items we cannot make in quantity are made in places that have had their businesses decimated by Chinese imports, it is what we can do to help, we say Buy American from American companies. In these times it is more important than ever.

Please look around in all sections of the catalog, even if you don't buy our parts you may get an idea and ideas are what drive the true fabricator, you are not buying an off the shelf "kit" because you are making changes. Off the shelf "kits" are for pure stock trucks, if yours was stock you wouldn't be visiting Ruffstuff. We spend our time designing and testing ideal components. All of our products are easily adapted to work on nearly any rig so if you have a Toyota, Ford, Cruiser, or Jeep don't just look in that section, you will miss something that will fit your situation.
