GM / Dodge AAM 11.50 Differential Cover.

Our differential covers are made from a single plate steel cap, with a thickness of 3/8" or .375", that has been bent eight times and then welded to a 3/8" ring. The fill plug has a diameter of 1 inch, which makes it easy to fill and check the oil level. Once the welding process is complete, the mounting surface is machined to ensure a completely flat surface and a perfect fit.

It is important to verify the type of axle installed in your vehicle, as there are several options available from the factory. This particular cover is compatible with the AAM 11.5" axle, including GM Duramax models from 2001 to the present and Dodge models from 2004 to the present. It also fits AAM 11.8" rear axles.

Most of the time I hear of people buying guards to protect the differential cover from getting bent in or peeled away and causing a leak. These covers are cheaper than the guards but extremely well built and strong I have complete faith my gears are safe. The covers were very easy to get ready for paint and I love the way it looks on my truck.

These look super sick and i can bash them off everything, and the new hardware sets it off as well

After dragging my differential though some rocks on a recent trip though Death Valley I thought it would be a mess if I blew out my thin AAM cover in the middle of BFE. This diff cover answered the call. Being someone who wheels a full size pickup like it’s a Jeep this is cheap insurance and it looks pretty dang good. The only down side is the hardware included was starting to rust and missing 2 bolts and washers. I ended up buying some gold zinc flange head bolts for pretty cheap and getting the cover installed. Can’t go wrong with these covers that’s why I have one front and rear on my Ram 2500.

This thing is clear and cut as it gets, buy one for your self. Fresh lube locker gasket, new bolts and washers, and a perfectly crafted US made diff cover. to seal the deal, dang that huge fill port is something I didn't know I needed.
King of Arizona? KOFA for short.

Mutilated the stock diff cover in CO mountains not long after buying a new Ram 3500 back in 2016. Got a temp repair up in Grand Junction. Actually I can't remember if I put another tinfoil OEM rear diff cover on or not? But ordered up a Ruff Stuff diff cover/boat anchor as soon as I could back in AZapped. No complaints and no leaks. In fact I hardly ever think about it! I only check in every few years to see if they have a front diff cover available so the truck can be balanced again ;)
