Panhard Kit / TrackBar

If you have any lift at all then your axle has shifted position towards the driver side and if your vehicle does not have an adjustable panhard bar then you will need to replace it to get the axle centered. Some people might just change the panhard bar or the brackets, in most cases you will need to replace both in order to get the geometry correct.

This kit ties it all together with all the pieces in one place.

We start with our Panhard brackets, you will need to choose whether you want the axle offset or centered bracket. It is really a space consideration, if you have the room you can use the centered, if space is the concern choose the offset bracket to get the panhard out of the way.

The next choice is for the frame mounting. If you are using a stock width axle most of the time you will use the frame inside bracket. When going fullwidth you will need the frame outside bracket to get the length you need. You will receive:

43"of DOM tubing 1.5" O.D. X .25" wall
Brackets for the frame and axle
1 pair of 7/8" Heat Treated Heims
High Misalignments with a 9/16" Bore
Hex Head Weld Bungs for faster adjustment
2 - Grade 8 Bolts and Lock Nuts

Installed this Panhard/Trackbar on the Bronco, as the final piece to my suspension build, once installed we had to flex out the vehicle, This Panhard/Trackbar did the trick, Pipe was long enough to get it as far as I wanted it. Plasma cut the outriggers to shove the mount into it and weld it all up. RuffStuff as really great product!

Building a crawler on a budget and didn’t have to skimp on quality with these parts. Cheaper than any Panhard/trackbar kit on the market even if you go á la carte. Brackets are beefy and were easily modifiable for my application. On top of all that they arrived super quick. Thanks for the great service and products, Ruff Stuff!

Installed this kit on a friend's lifted Suburban with cross-over steering and it's flawless. The kit is universal and comes complete with most everything needed to work in almost any situation. Since every install is unique, we extended the axle bracket to clear the spring perch on the Dana 60 but the rest of it fit perfect and burned in easily. For the top bracket, we only modded it by cutting the lower hole off since it wasn't needed for our application. The kit pieces are high quality, fit great and plenty of material is provided. The lifted Sub now drives and tracks better than new.

It's heavy duty. I'm impressed. Put it on a 69 jeep commando project, it's probably the sturdiest part of the whole suspension, ha. If I ever need another custom track bar this is the one I'll get.
