Description

Dana 30 / Dana 35 Spring Perches, 2.5" Wide

1/4" steel spring-over perches with 3-position pin holes for Dana 30 & Dana 35 axles.

These aren’t your average spring perches. Cut from 1/4" HR P&O steel and formed on a 290-ton CNC press brake, they’re built to handle real-world abuse. Designed for Dana 30 and Dana 35 axles with 2.5" axle tubes, each perch is 8" long to help control axle wrap and 2.5" wide for a stable leaf spring footprint. The triple spring pin holes give you the flexibility to adjust your wheelbase without redoing everything from scratch.

They’re made for spring-over setups and can be clearanced to fit axle tubes up to 1/4" larger or smaller with minimal effort. If you're working with a casting on the Dana 30, expect to open one side up to 3 3/8" to fit around it. Simple, strong, and DIY-friendly.

Heavy Duty

Two words describe these perches, HEAVY DUTY
If you are considering buying these it's because you are putting them on a Dana 30 or 35, you will bend a tube or break a C/knuckle long before you crush one of these perches. The 3 hole options are a nice touch and they definetly helped with axle wrap. I won't be using anything else next time I do a SOA
