FJ40 / FJ60 Diff Cut Spring Over Axle Perch Pair

1 - Zero Degree Perch Plate
1 - Ten Degree Perch Plate

After doing a spring over axle or cutting and rotating the knuckles, everyone runs into the same problem of what to do with the U bolt closest to the differential. What we came up with is an all new approach. Instead of a U bolt, we use grade 8 bolts that connect to two holes on the side of the perch. This is offered in zero and ten degree. The zero degree will be used on FJ40's, with knuckles that have NOT been rotated. The ten degree will be used on FJ60's or on FJ40's with knuckles that have been rotated. We recommend using our U bolt plates because they have slotted holes. We offer both plates with the kit to make sure you have the right plate.

3 bolt front differential for sprung over..... for now!

used this kit for a spring over on my own FJ40 with Alcan springs and love it. This will allow you to have the ground clearance. Now take it a little further with a Birfield cut and turn, getting 5.5 degrees caster on the right and 5.0 degrees of the left side. This helps with driving at higher speeds and approaching rocks to climb. This kit will also help with front driveshaft working angle and ground clearance
