*Tips to help prevent any seized or warped threads:

Correctly adjust welder settings and start your puddle on the tube. (Too much heat will warp the threads) Do not weld the tube adapter with the rod end threaded inside. (The two pieces cool at different rates and will lock them together) Wait until everything has completely cooled before threading your rod ends into the adapters

1 - 7/8" Tube Adapters (1.5"/1" Tube ID)
1 - 7/8" Jam Nut
2 - Misalignment Spacers

Tri Flow is the only product we recommend to service our rod ends, use of other products such as WD-40 or Blaster is never recommended and will void any warranty

These rod ends will work great for the average joe with a blue goo gun and some DOM. Easy to weld and straight forward with all of the features you need to avoid the common headaches of suspension links - hex tube inserts, jam nuts, tight tolerance misalignment spacers, and teflon lined for durability.

I ordered this Rod End Set from RuffStuff after ordering through another supplier. The other guys couldn't get them within a reasonable time, and I had already missed one event because of them. RuffStuff emailed that they were out of stock as well. I emailed back asking how long. RuffStuff didn't have a set date. I told them I needed them to make a Panhard Bar so my tires wouldn't rub the Bumpstops, and how I had missed an event and didn't want to miss another.
