1/2" Threaded Weld Washer - 10 Pack

These are the 3rd variation of our Weld Washers. These are a little different in that they are not really meant to repair a hole. These are made to create a bolt on position for anything you need to bolt on. Lets face it, its pretty hard to tap a .120 wall tube. And even if you do, there's just not enough material to get a strong thread. These make it easy! Just drill a 3/4" hole, drop in one of these washers and weld them up. Every Fab Shop could use 100 a week if not more! These come in 3 bolt sizes (5/16", 3/8", & 1/2" Fine Thread) and packages of 6. They fit into a 3/4" drilled hole so they are good for down to about 1 1/4" tube or any flat plate. This picture shows the 3 different sizes mounted in a 1 1/2" tube.

First off, I am very happy with the product. These are well made and make it easy to bolt accessories to the cage. I was even more impressed with the customer service. I received the wrong weld washers with my initial order. A quick phone call and Emily apologized and said she would send out the correct washers. Within minutes I had an email with a new tracking number. I was expecting a return shipping label and was going to send the others back. To much surprise I had a free gift and a note apologizing for the inconvenience that said to keep the other weld washers. I will definitely continue to use them for my fab needs! Great company to work with!
