U-Bolt Eliminator Perch Kit 3.25" - 3.5" Axle Tube

There are no U-bolts, this kit comes with 8 - 4" x 5/8" grade 8 bolts that are threaded into the wings made from 1/2" plate so you have no fear of thread retention. Test them on your springs, then cut them to length. 90FT/lbs of Torque is recommended, dab with a little Loctite and call it good. The leaf spring top plates are the same heavy duty 3/8" thick ones we use with all of our other kits. These fit 3.25-3.5" axle tubes and are for spring over applications for 2.5" wide leaf springs.

These things are HEAVY DUTY. I ordered them because the axle I'm building will have a back truss, these will make everything look cleaner and easier to fit, than having to notch and plate the notch for the U bolts. I was hesitant on how strong they would be with such a crucial connection. When I opened the box and saw how stout they were, I knew they were the right way to go. Always impressed with Ruff Stuff quality.
