Here is an easy alternative to a weld on end cap. These plastic finishing plugs pop right in and give that open tube a finished look. Install with silicone to help keep the elements out.

Awesome cap.

I build bolt on tube structures and I end up with open tubes that have a bolt inside, I don’t want to permanently cap those tubes with a weld on cap so these work great. They look more complete and a lot nicer than an open tube end.
